Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, or plants), custom products (personalized items or special orders), and personal care products (beauty items). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

To get the item you want, it is quickest to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without needing to justify your decision. As with other returns, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
